You don’t need more discipline. You don't need more motivate. You don’t need to try harder. You need a nervous system that feels safe enough to stop pushing. In these 1–1 sessions, we work through somatic (body-based) work — reconnecting your body and mind, so your system can finally shift out of survival mode. This is not just talking. We work directly with what’s happening in your body. This is for you if you: – feel constantly tired but wired – overthink and can’t switch off – feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected – crash when you finally slow down – struggle to regulate your emotions Together, we work with: • somatic practices (body-based work) • breath and movement • nervous system regulation • releasing stored stress and tension • rebuilding safety in your body So you can: – feel more calm, clear, and grounded – have steady energy again – stop the push–crash cycle – feel like yourself again I don’t just teach this work — I’ve lived it. I know what it’s like to be stuck in survival mode, and how deeply this work can change the way you feel in your body and your life.
